Appearance: Simple structure, reasonable layout, smooth surface, the structural parts of the integral trailer are paint sprayed after the application of the shot blasting, achieving the good non-rust level.
Vehicle frame: Welded of top quality channel steel and flat steel, thus having advantages of high strength, and impact resistance etc.
Vehicle surface height: 508mm, conforming to the international standard.
Roller: Made of seamless steel pipe. The surface is zinc plated and the two ends are connected with bearings and flanged. Pallet can move on top of it easily and flexibly.
Braking mechanism: Erect draw-bar to brake, brake-gap can be adjusted freely.
Buffer device: When the drawbar drops, driving the buffer device to work, avoiding the drawbar falling to the ground.
Wheel train: The front-wheel drive adopts six groups of universal wheels, making it steer freely. The rear-wheel adopts four groups of fixed wheels, allowing it turn dexterously.
Surface treatment: Anti-rust paint, zinc-rich primer and top finish are applied after the integral shot-blasting. Surface zinc spraying is the alternative option.This can achieve the good non-rust level.
